Azione D1: Sito Web del Progetto
Durata: Luglio 2012 - Giugno 2016
Scopo: Lo scopo di questa azione è quello di avere un sito web dedicato al progetto IPNOA in cui trovare
una descrizione del progetto, dei partner, degli obiettivi e dei risultati attesi. Inoltre il sito dovrà contenere una sezione dedidata alle news e all'aggiornamento dello stato di progresso delle varie azioni di progetto, oltre ad una sezione da cui poter scaricare materiale informativo.
Oltre all'area pubblica il sito avrà anche un area privata protetta da password in cui solamente i partner potranno accedere per lo scambio di materiale di progetto.
Partner Responsabile: WS. L'aggiornamento del sito verrà curato dal Partner incaricato del coordinamento, con il supporto di tutti i partner.
Stato dei lavori: Il sito web è stato pubblicato il 30 Novembre 2012. Nei mesi successivi è stato implementato il sistema multilingua EN/IT e fino ad oggi i contenuti del sito sono stati regolarmente aggiornati.
Action D1: Project Website
From July 2012 to June 2016
The project website will include a description of the project, beneficiaries, full details and objectives, activities, events and news, as well as a section for progress and results. A suitable protocol for updating information will be circulated within the consortium.
The dissemination actions will be supervised by the Coordinator and the Coordinating team, according to the internal Dissemination Plan, which will be developed as part of this action.
Part of the website will be password protected and dedicated to internal project communication. There will be a detailed and pervasive security policy, based on ncryption techniques and digital keys, to ensure the integrity and security of the critical data.
A centralised “Virtual Forum” for the discussion of project activities will be activated, via mailing lists, newsgroups, and dynamically created webpages.
The project website will be fully operative six months after the beginning of the project. It will be periodically updated with the main actions, events and project findings, whenever necessary. It will be also the main tool for meeting organizations and project management.
Links to IPNOA project website will be found on institutional websites of the beneficiaries.
WS is responsible of creation of the project website, but all beneficiaries will collaborate to its maintenance.
