Azione A1: Attivazione del Project Management Team
Durata: Luglio - Settembre 2012
Scopo: In questa azione preparatoria, le relazioni tra i diversi partner coinvolti nel progetto, ovvero WS, SSSUP, INRA, e RT, saranno rafforzati. All'inizio delle attività, durante il kick-off meeting del progetto, un accordo di partenariato sarà stipulato tra il beneficiario incaricato del coordinamento (WS) e ciascuno dei Beneficiari Associati. Nell'ambito dell'accordo di partenariato, i ruoli, i diritti e le responsabilità di ciascun partner verranno definiti.
Partner Responsabile: La gestione del progetto sarà gestito dal beneficiario incaricato del coordinamento (WS).
Stato dei Lavori: Questa azione è stata conclusa a Febbraio 2013 con la stipula dei tre Partnership Agreements.
Action A1: Activation of the Project Management Team
From July to Septmeber 2012
In this preparatory action, the relationships between the various partners (beneficiaries) involved in the project, namely WS, SSSUP, INRA, and RT, will be strengthened.
The project management will be run by the Coordinating Beneficiary (WS) through its main manager. At the beginning of the activities, during the kick-off meeting of the project, a Partnership Agreement will be stipulated between the Coordinating Beneficiary (WS) and each of the Associate Beneficiaries. In the Partnership Agreement, roles, rights and responsibilities of each partner will be detailed, referring to the actions of their specific competence.
Expected results
• Strengthening of relationships between partners.
• Activation of project coordination to reach the agreements necessary to a good functioning and management of the project.
• Stipulation of Partnership Agreement between Coordinating Beneficiary and Associate Beneficiaries
State of progress
This action was concluded on February 2013 with the signature of the three Partnership Agreements.
